Terms of sale

Drippin Wet Art is Brian Stasik, Souderton, Pennsylvania. These terms cover buying a piece from this site and commissioning a new one.

The pieces

Every framed piece is 8×10, built by hand, and comes with a DWA art card that Brian numbers and signs by hand. Pieces are built in numbered runs, so each one you receive is made for you and may differ slightly from the photos. Skate decks are one of a kind.

Prices and paying

Framed pieces are $65 each and skate decks are priced on their own page, in US dollars, with shipping included. You pay by card at checkout on this site. Payments are handled by Stripe, so your card details go to Stripe and never reach this site, and Brian is the seller. The sale is made when your payment goes through, and Stripe emails you a receipt. If card checkout is ever unavailable, Buy this piece sends Brian a request instead, and he replies with a secure payment link.

Commissions

A custom 8×10 piece is $190: $125 for the custom artwork and $65 for the framed piece. Other sizes are quoted. Send a high-resolution photo; Brian sends a proof to approve, a $125 deposit starts the job, and the rest is due when it ships. It takes about a week. You must own the photo you send, or have permission to use it.

Shipping and breakage

Shipping is free anywhere in the United States. Pieces are boxed and shipped. If one arrives broken, send it back for a full refund. For any other return, write to Brian first.
