Privacy

This site is run by Brian Stasik for Drippin Wet Art, Souderton, Pennsylvania.

Page counts

We count page views without cookies. For each view we keep the page address, the site that sent you (on your first page only), whether you are on a touch screen, and a random id that lasts until you close the tab. We cannot tell who you are from any of it.

When you write to us

A purchase request, a commission or a message stores what you type: your name, email, and anything else you add, like a ZIP code for shipping or a phone number. A commission also stores the photo you upload. Photos are private. Only Brian sees them, and only to build and quote your piece.

Paying by card

Card payments are handled by Stripe, in Stripe's own secure form on our pages. Your card number goes straight to Stripe; we never see or store it. From each payment we keep your name, email, phone number, shipping address, what you bought and what you paid, so Brian can ship your piece and keep his records. Stripe may use cookies inside its form to keep payments safe from fraud, under Stripe's privacy policy.

While you pay for a one-of-a-kind piece, it is held for you so nobody else can buy it at the same time. To know it is you on a reload, your browser keeps a random id (not a cookie) that tells us nothing about who you are.

Emails about your order

Stripe emails your receipt. Brian gets an email that you ordered, with what you bought and where it ships. When your piece ships, you get one email with the tracking number. Brian may send you one more, a link to review your piece on Google if you want to.

Reviews

Reviews are on Brian's Google Business Profile. A review you leave there is posted by Google under your Google account and Google's own privacy policy; you can edit or delete it there. The home page may show recent reviews from that profile, as Google provides them.

The next drop list

If you ask to hear about new pieces, we keep your email and the page you signed up from. Brian sends one email when new pieces go up and nothing else. Reply to any of them to come off the list.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising. It is shared only with the services that run the site for us: Stripe for payments, and our hosting and database provider, which stores it.

Removing your information

Email brian@drippinwetart.com and we will delete what we hold about you, including any photo you sent. Records of a payment are kept as long as the law requires for taxes.
